We offer a full refund or exchange for products returned to us within 28 days of purchase. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

This address must be printed (not hand written), so it can easily be read by a mail sorting machine.

How to return products

Please use your own padded envelope or small box and send to the above address. This is a Freepost address so you don't need to pay for a stamp. You can either post the package in a Royal Mail post box or hand it in at your local Post Office.

Be sure to pack the parcel carefully and include a brief note explaining whether you want a refund or an exchange for other products. Please also include your telephone number in case we need to contact you.

Your return parcel must be sent back to us within 28 days of ordering.

How long does it take?

We aim to process refunds and exchanges on the same day we receive them.

Confirmation Email

Once processed we'll send you an email confirming your refund or exchange. You'll also be able to view this online in the "My Orders" area of our website.

Products returned after 28 days

Please note, we can't offer a refund for products returned after 28 days. If you have a problem with a product after this time please contact us for further advice.
