Wild Ferns - Manuka Honey Protective Hydrating Moisturiser SPF 30
" I was so pleased to find this stuff - having developed an intolerance to preservatives present in most sunscreens/face creams/makeup I have spent a ridiculous amount of money and time trying to find anything I can use on my face without causing itching and redness. I am pale and burn easily, and the only other suncreams I could use were the horribly whitening gloopy ones (eg Badger, Avene) with mineral sunscreen which make you look like an ill clown, and still irritate my skin with prolonged use. This stuff is great, it does have some mineral sunscreen content but it must be much less proportionately, and doesn't give any awful whitey purple cast at all. The consistency is nice, I put it over normal moisturiser as it is just slightly too thick for me to use alone. It does smell quite strongly of honey when applied, I don't mind that and can't smell it for long. Doesn't cause shine, seems to last quite a long time, and my skin doesn't feel angry even if I leave it on overnight. Am so relieved to have found this, I hope they never stop making it.
